Sales Program Management Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Manage and respond to incoming requests efficiently.

• Perform ad hoc reporting and data analysis as needed.

• Conduct testing on Salesforce.com and liaise with relevant stakeholders.

• Develop and maintain documentation for both current and future processes.

• Establish and update team and/or project pages within Wiki/Confluence.

• Engage in or oversee special projects as assigned.

• Assist the Business Operations team with efforts aimed at enhancing processes and automation within the deal and order management workflow.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be currently enrolled in a degree program related to Computer Science, Business, or a similar field.

• Coursework in data analysis is preferred.

• Proficient in technical tools such as Excel, Word, Google Docs, etc.

• Strong communication and leadership skills, evidenced by leadership roles in community, educational, or other programs.

• Ability to work autonomously and exhibit initiative.

• High attention to detail and commitment to follow-through is essential.

• Professional, approachable, and energetic demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills.

• Experience in project management is preferred.

• Minimal travel required.

• Must have reliable internet access when working remotely.
