Sales Professional – Full-Time or Part-Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Engage with warm, inbound leads through our exclusive platform — families who have expressed interest in receiving information. No cold calling required.

• Conduct consultative, needs-based discussions with individuals and families regarding life insurance and financial security.

• Provide customized solutions using our established, step-by-step sales methodology.

• Finalize policies and develop a growing portfolio of residual commission income.

• Keep precise records of all activities and pipeline status in our award-winning CRM system.

• Participate in ongoing training, team meetings, and mentorship sessions.

• (Optional) Develop and expand your own team for additional leadership income.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Must be a current resident of the U.S. and authorized to work in the United States.

• Must be willing to undergo a background check.

• Possession of a life insurance license — or a willingness to acquire one (we assist with the costs).

• A valid driver's license is required.

• No employment visa sponsorship is available — U.S. work authorization is mandatory.

• Must have a minimum of 1 year of sales or client-facing experience.

• Must be self-motivated and responsible — management is not required.

• Must be open to coaching and dedicated to adhering to a proven system.

• Strong communication skills are essential, along with a willingness to engage in genuine conversations.
