This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You excel in sales at the highest level.
• You create innovative outreach campaigns that connect with our target market — decision-makers in SMEs — in a meaningful and original manner.
• You autonomously conduct discovery calls with prospective clients and assess potential opportunities.
• You identify partners that target the same audience but do not compete with us.
• Collaborating with us, you explore ways to enhance outreach, research, and follow-ups using AI tools, positioning yourself as a model for AI-assisted sales.
• Demonstrated experience in B2B sales, outreach, or partnership management — you are an experienced professional rather than a novice.
• You think in terms of mutual benefit and possess a knack for connecting the right individuals.
• You are proficient with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.
• You have some exposure to AI and a strong desire to deepen your knowledge.
• You don’t wait for directions; you recognize where action is required and take the initiative.
• Direct experience with AI enablement: You will utilize the tools and techniques we teach our clients on a daily basis — from Custom GPTs and automations to agent systems.
• Close collaboration with the founders: Engage in weekly discussions with Jens and Moritz — no micromanagement, just genuine peer-level collaboration.
• Be part of a growing movement: Join a network of specialists dedicated to integrating AI into the German Mittelstand (mid-sized companies).
• Maximum flexibility: Work on a mini-job basis, fully remote, making it perfect to balance with studies or other endeavors.
