This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ethiopia.
• Identify, target, and onboard new clients, including corporations, traders, brokers, payment companies, and financial institutions.
• Promote FX inbound and outbound solutions, including spot FX, currency swaps, oil, commodities, and metals trading products.
• Generate leads through outbound sales initiatives, networking, referrals, and comprehensive market research.
• Oversee the complete sales cycle from prospecting to onboarding and ongoing post-sales relationship management.
• Achieve or surpass monthly and quarterly revenue and volume objectives.
• Develop and nurture strategic partnerships with banks, fintechs, payment service providers, brokers, agents, liquidity providers, and institutional clients.
• Negotiate commercial terms, partnership agreements, and pricing frameworks.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for partners and key clients, ensuring the growth of long-term relationships.
• Collaborate with internal teams (trading, operations, compliance, and risk) to deliver integrated client solutions.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling FX services.
• Stay updated on trends in the FX market, currency movements, and the commodities and metals sectors.
• Provide clients with market insights and customized solutions based on their trading and hedging requirements.
• Maintain precise sales pipelines, forecasts, and client records utilizing CRM tools.
• Ensure compliance of all sales and partnership activities with KYC, AML/CFT, regulatory guidelines, and internal policies.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance and partnership activities for management.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related discipline (preferred).
• Demonstrated experience in FX sales, financial market sales, or partnerships, ideally within FX, commodities, or CFD trading.
• Strong comprehension of FX products, currency swaps, spot trading, and commodity markets (oil and metals).
• Proven ability to close deals and manage high-value client relationships effectively.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation capabilities.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working autonomously in a dynamic environment.
• Experience with international clients and cross-border transactions is a plus.
