• Works collaboratively with the Manager, Sales Support, Sales Directors, Account Executives, and Solution Architects to identify strategic sales methodologies.
• Develops and sustains ongoing relationships with both existing and prospective clients.
• Delivers outstanding Customer Service by addressing information requests, troubleshooting account or order management issues.
• Manages customer orders, which involves using the CRM system, preparing accurate order packages for colleagues through the order checklist, and communicating with the Account Executive, Procurement, Project Management, and the Customer throughout the sales cycle and delivery process.
• Enhances deal profitability by utilizing OEM programs and promotions effectively.
• Employs manufacturer tools to secure and maintain deal registration and/or special pricing.
• Ensures that if the Account Executive is unavailable, the Sales Support Specialist can assist with sending information to the customer as per the Account Executive's request, while keeping the Account Executive as the main contact.
• Guarantees order accuracy and compliance with ConvergeOne best practices, including margin percentages, discounts, and integrity in alignment with ConvergeOne’s booking policy.
• Stays well-informed about industry developments, engages with organizations relevant to our primary markets, and continuously seeks to enhance sales expertise.
• Remains updated on company policies, procedures, and objectives, clarifying any questions with the Director when necessary, and is always ready to discuss these policies accurately with our customers.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a business-related field.
• 1 - 3 years of experience in sales or business.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Capable of thriving in a fast-paced, high-volume, and challenging environment.
• Outstanding listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Self-driven, energetic, and operates with a sense of urgency.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Capacity to absorb technical information and execute effectively.
• Strong skills in identifying and resolving problems.
• Proficient in third-party manufacturer tools, business processes, and sales engagement models.
