This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Facilitate a scalable and efficient sales organization by spearheading projects aimed at enhancing sales productivity and refining the organization’s business and sales process framework.
• Collaborate across functions to address the continual operational requirements of the sales organization.
• Assist sales leaders by comprehending and responding to their organizational needs.
• Oversee projects that advance the strategic initiatives set forth by Sales operations and Sales leadership.
• Work in conjunction with Variable Compensation, Territory Planning, and Territory Management to enhance processes and implement strategic decisions defined by Conference Attendance Sales global leadership.
• Cultivate cooperative relationships with Conference Attendance Sales (CAS) Leadership.
• Direct projects alongside the Business Analytics team to enhance reporting and insights essential for leadership to effectively strategize, plan, and guide their organizations.
• Collaborate with Sales Enablement on sales programs and initiatives aimed at boosting sales productivity, improving CRM adoption, fulfilling business unit priorities, and enhancing overall sales effectiveness.
• Partner with business support functions to design and implement long-term solutions for operational challenges.
• Oversee the flow of business activities such as weekly leadership team meetings and annual planning.
• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• A Master’s or advanced degree is preferred.
• Over 5 years of progressive business experience, ideally in a sales operations or business operations role.
• Demonstrates a strong understanding of business processes, operational strategies, trends, issues, and data analysis to achieve business objectives.
• Proven track record in project management, effectively driving key business initiatives.
• Experience collaborating with sales teams.
• Process-oriented with robust analytical skills.
• Exceptional skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; experience with PowerBI is a plus.
• Familiarity with Salesforce is advantageous.
• Experience using Microsoft Project or other project management software is a plus.
