
Sales Ops Associate – Renewals, Cross-Sell

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.
• Oversee the renewal pipeline across all customer segments utilizing various outreach methods.
• Create and dispatch tailored proposals and quotations in accordance with established templates and pricing standards.
• Address inbound sales inquiries and promote cross-selling initiatives through ticketing, phone, chat, and email.
• Manage contracts and sales transactions with a focus on accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Assist Account Managers and Business Development Managers with administrative tasks (such as purchase orders, invoices, and service provisioning coordination).
• Aid in the preparation of RFPs/tenders and navigate public sector procurement processes.
• Keep precise records in the CRM and maintain account documentation.
• Generate reports on the renewal pipeline and sales activities.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams (Legal, Finance, Marketing, Support, Technical) to ensure a seamless experience for clients.
• Recommend process enhancements and assist in maintaining templates and the internal knowledge base.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• Exceptional customer service abilities across phone, email, chat, and ticketing platforms.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English.
• Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficient in CRM systems (such as HubSpot or similar) and MS Office applications.
• Familiarity with contracts, purchase orders, and documentation processes.
• Self-driven, dependable, and adaptable to changing situations.
• An IT background or technical skills is a valuable addition.
