This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Format, upload, and publish sponsored articles and press releases utilizing WordPress or similar CMS platforms.

• Implement appropriate SEO configurations, including meta descriptions, tagging, categories, and dofollow/nofollow link settings.

• Apply fundamental HTML formatting to guarantee clean and organized content presentation.

• Conduct comprehensive pre-publication quality assessments.

• Schedule content according to established timelines and time zones.

• Review and adjust client-supplied images for size, format, clarity, and layout appropriateness.

• Execute basic image manipulation and optimization for web publishing.

• Ensure images adhere to platform specifications and maintain visual consistency.

• Implement on-page SEO best practices.

• Manage both internal and external linking structures effectively.

• Ensure correct header hierarchy and proper usage of anchor text.

• Optimize images for optimal web performance.

• Facilitate internal collaboration.

• Assist with documentation, trackers, and administrative organization.

• Provide structured updates and status reports as needed.

• Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT and Gemini to improve research accuracy and workflow efficiency.

• Aid in background research on clients and industry-related topics.

• Support the preparation of reports and maintenance of internal documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of experience in digital publishing, media operations, sales support, or related operational roles.

• Practical experience with WordPress or similar CMS platforms.

• Basic understanding of HTML.

• Fundamental knowledge of SEO principles, including link attributes.

• Experience within a digital publishing environment.

• Capability to manipulate and optimize images for online use.

• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.

• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.

• Comfortable working in a remote, deadline-oriented environment.

• A proactive and self-motivated mindset.

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop is a plus.

• Experience in digital media or online publishing is advantageous.

• Familiarity with Bitcoin.com, including its mission and operations, is desirable.

• Exposure to partnership or media sales processes is a benefit.

• Experience in the crypto or Web3 industry is a plus.
