This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Asia.
• Overseeing accounts from the onboarding phase to renewal.
• Providing support and direction to clients across all levels: technical, business, and product, while collaborating with various teams.
• Handling quotes, agreements, and NDAs to ensure a seamless and expedited onboarding experience for clients.
• Conducting research and identifying potential prospects in alignment with strategic development goals.
• Executing highly targeted outbound outreach, including email, phone, and LinkedIn, to secure meetings with key prospects.
• Familiarizing clients with new features and managing the release of those features.
• Proficient in English and Chinese.
• Proven experience in Account Management, Sales Operations, or a similar Sales role.
• Background in B2B cloud/SaaS software or financial services/compliance/i-gaming is a significant advantage.
• Familiarity with CRM pipeline management.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Quick to learn and adaptable to a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Driven and eager to pursue professional growth.
