Sales Operations Specialist – Global

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• Assist in enhancing sales workflows and operational processes from start to finish.

• Ensure precise tracking of the sales pipeline and accurate forecasting.

• Track sales key performance indicators (KPIs) and compile regular performance reports.

• Increase sales productivity by implementing process automation and operational enhancements.

• Maintain CRM data integrity and monitor sales activities.

• Oversee and manage CRM systems (such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or comparable platforms).

• Create weekly and monthly reports to provide visibility into sales performance and pipeline status.

• Evaluate sales data and deliver actionable insights to management.

• Facilitate lead management and follow-up processes for sales.

• Develop dashboards and reporting frameworks for commercial leadership.

• Assist the CTO in coordinating operational initiatives linked to sales and commercial teams.

• Organize internal projects between technical and commercial divisions.

• Aid in managing task tracking, documentation, timelines, and follow-ups.

• Help align product development, technology, and sales operations.

• Coordinate meetings, workflows, and internal communication for cross-functional projects.

• Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Tech teams.

• Provide onboarding and operational support for new sales team members.

• Promote improved communication and collaboration across departments.

• Contribute to strategic operational projects and enhancements to internal processes.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Marketing, or a related discipline.

• Over 2 years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, or a similar capacity.

• Excellent organizational skills and project coordination capabilities.

• Familiarity with CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce.

• Proficiency in various project and administrative tools: Excel/GSuite (GSheets, Slides, GDocs), Slack, etc.

• Strong communication skills and adeptness in stakeholder management.

• Capability to work autonomously while managing multiple priorities.

• Background in startup or fast-paced technology environments.

• Understanding of SaaS or B2B sales operations.

• Experience in supporting leadership or cross-functional teams.

• Knowledge of workflow automation and operational tools.
