This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Develop and implement strategies for proposals and sales agreements.
• Establish the business framework, pricing strategies, and proposal creation.
• Assist in client negotiations.
• Discover new opportunities with operational partners to create innovative products and services focused on business expansion.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies to enhance the proposal process.
• Acquire comprehensive knowledge of the sales territory, product ranges, markets, sales procedures, and customer demographics.
• Review, draft, and negotiate contracts for supply and services related to large-scale engineering projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Law and/or Engineering.
• Proven experience in negotiating complex contracts.
• Background in sales and proposal development.
• Experience in the Energy, Oil & Gas, and/or Mining/Metals sectors.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• No relocation assistance provided.
