This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Take ownership of and manage the sales CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent) as the definitive source for pipeline and revenue.
• Ensure that leads, deals, and pipeline stages are precise, current, and accurately represent actual deal progress.
• Monitor inbound and outbound leads while facilitating proper routing, enrichment, and follow-up.
• Assist in the creation and enhancement of sales proposals and materials (presentations, case studies, scopes), ensuring consistency and efficiency in deal execution.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of sales processes, workflows, and automations across various tools (HubSpot, Clay, Zapier, etc.).
• Produce weekly and monthly sales reports for leadership (including pipeline, conversion rates, cycle length, and deal velocity).
• Oversee the transition from sales to account teams to guarantee a seamless client onboarding experience.
• Aid in forecasting, quota tracking, and performance analysis.
• Identify operational inefficiencies in the sales process and proactively recommend enhancements.
• 2–5 years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or a similar role.
• Experience in a B2B agency, go-to-market (GTM) team, or high-growth startup is preferred.
• Excellent organizational and process management abilities.
• Proficient in working with CRMs, spreadsheets, and dashboards.
• Detail-oriented—committed to maintaining clean data and clear systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical mindset capable of transforming data into actionable insights.
• Ability to juggle multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
• (Must) Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, or comparable CRM tools.
• (Nice to have) Experience with tools like Clay, Zapier, or similar automation platforms.
• Full-time remote position based in the Philippines.
• Competitive salary based on experience and geographic location (12k-60k/yr).
