This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Utilize platforms such as Sales Navigator, Crunchbase, Instantly, Apollo, and Contact Out to identify and verify potential leads' email addresses and phone numbers.
• Effectively leverage automation tools like HubSpot and Instantly to streamline email, voicemail, and SMS campaigns.
• Create engaging and tailored emails, SMS messages, and voicemail scripts using ChatGPT.
• Initiate, oversee, and evaluate the success of email, SMS, and voicemail campaigns.
• Participate in the development of digital lead generation strategies and implement plans to attract and nurture leads.
• Ensure CRM systems are maintained and updated with accurate and current contact information and activity logs.
• Produce and deliver reports on campaign performance, lead generation metrics, and other pertinent sales operations data.
• Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to synchronize strategies and ensure cohesive messaging and outreach initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience in sales operations, lead generation, or a related domain.
• Practical experience with tools such as Sales Navigator, Crunchbase, Instantly, Apollo, Contact Out, HubSpot, and other pertinent platforms.
• Strong comprehension of automation services and how to utilize them for enhancing sales efficiency.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the capability to produce engaging and persuasive content.
• Exceptional research skills to discover and verify potential leads.
• Proficient in analyzing data and metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and make informed decisions based on data.
• Highly organized with a keen attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple tasks and projects concurrently.
• Comfortable using various digital tools and platforms to improve sales processes.
