This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Oversee and enhance our CRM system (preferably HubSpot) to guarantee precise tracking of leads, opportunities, and pipeline performance.
• Examine sales data and produce actionable insights, reports, and dashboards to aid in strategic decision-making.
• Create sales enablement resources (PowerPoint presentations, training materials, templates) to assist the team at various stages of the sales funnel.
• Assist in RFP/proposal management and streamline responses in collaboration with Sales and Product teams.
• Track KPIs and sales performance metrics to uncover trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure consistency in processes and maintain thorough documentation.
• A bachelor’s degree, with an advanced degree in life sciences, economics & business, or engineering preferred.
• Over 2 years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, or a similar field.
• Proficient experience with CRM systems, with a preference for HubSpot.
• Exceptional data analysis abilities (Excel, Google Sheets, CRM reporting).
• Advanced skills in PowerPoint; capable of creating clear and visually engaging presentations.
• Experience in supporting RFPs and managing proposal development processes.
• Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, with strong communication skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, remote-first environment, and able to deliver results independently.
