This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee, assist, and manage operational programs and workstreams from the initial planning stage to their successful completion.
• Ensure priorities remain on track and stakeholders stay aligned.
• Identify gaps in processes, inefficiencies, and potential execution risks.
• Aid in the implementation of practical enhancements that promote consistency and scalability.
• Create and uphold standard operating procedures, process documentation, and playbooks.
• Facilitate training and encourage the adoption of new processes, tools, and operational expectations.
• Provide daily operational support to ensure consistency in revenue processes, data integrity, and team performance.
• Perform regular audits of Salesforce data.
• Examine and reconcile any missing, incomplete, or inaccurate CRM data.
• Generate ad hoc reports, dashboards, and data views to support growth operations and assist leadership in decision-making.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales teams, leadership, and go-to-market stakeholders.
• A Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, business operations, program management, project management, or a related field; or a suitable combination of education and experience.
• Proven experience in independently coordinating programs, projects, or workstreams with strong follow-through, stakeholder collaboration, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Experience in developing SOPs, playbooks, or other process documentation for operational teams.
• Proficient knowledge of Salesforce, including data maintenance, record auditing, and reporting.
• Excellent organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines accurately.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, comfortable working with various teams, functions, and levels.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other standard business tools.
• Familiarity with data governance and sales process controls within a CRM environment.
• Understanding of contract lifecycle management tools, intake processes, or legal request workflows.
• Experience with program or project management tools such as Asana, Planner, Smartsheet, or similar platforms.
