Sales Operations – Partnerships, APAC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Asia.

📋 Description

• Overseeing accounts from the onboarding phase through to renewal.

• Providing guidance and support to clients at all levels: technical, business, and product, while collaborating with other teams.

• Handling quotes, agreements, and NDAs to ensure a seamless and efficient onboarding experience for clients.

• Conducting research and identifying potential prospects aligned with strategic development objectives.

• Engaging in highly targeted outbound outreach (including email, phone, LinkedIn, etc.) to arrange meetings with key prospects.

• Familiarizing clients with new features and managing the rollout of these updates.


⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in both English and Chinese.

• Proven experience in Account Management, Sales Operations, or a related field within Sales.

• Background in B2B cloud/SaaS software or financial services, compliance, or i-gaming is a significant advantage.

• Understanding of CRM pipeline management.

• Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities, with a keen eye for detail.

• Quick to learn and adaptable to a fast-paced, evolving environment.

• Ambitious and eager to advance professionally.

• Responsible, detail-oriented, and self-organized.
