Sales Operations Officer – ICT, Quoting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Prepare precise quotes and statements of work (SOW) while handling purchase orders and invoices.

• Collaborate with distributors and suppliers to fulfill customer needs and deliver timely product information and estimated arrival times (ETAs).

• Maintain and refresh sales databases and CRM records to guarantee 100% accuracy and completeness.

• Work in conjunction with internal departments such as Project Management and Accounts to align project planning, expenses, and goods receipts.

• Create and compile sales reports and other documentation for the sales team and leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated corporate experience in sales support, sales operations, or administrative roles.

• Background in technology services with a solid understanding of delivering IT service solutions including hardware, licensing, and managed services.

• High proficiency in computer and IT skills, particularly in Excel and a working knowledge of MS Visio.

• Experienced in CRM systems (such as Hubspot or Accelo) and hardware ordering platforms like Kaseya.

• Ability to communicate fluently in English (both verbal and written) with a professional telephone demeanor for client interaction.

• Exceptional attention to detail and the capacity to perform routine tasks according to a strict schedule.

• Familiarity with Australian organizations and business culture (Bonus).

• Corporate experience specifically in the ICT or networking sectors (Bonus).

• Basic accounting knowledge (Bonus).

• Previous experience coordinating with organizational resellers and distributors (Bonus).
