This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Take ownership of the TAM Operational Infrastructure.
• Design and oversee the operational procedures that organize and sustain Dandy’s Total Addressable Market (TAM).
• Guarantee high standards of data quality, completeness, and accuracy across the market datasets utilized by sales teams.
• Establish governance frameworks to maintain a clean, scalable, and operationally reliable TAM.
• Collaborate with Data and BizSystems teams to integrate market datasets into GTM systems.
• Design the Portfolio & Pursuit Assignment Architecture.
• Manage the processes and system logic responsible for assigning pursuits among sales teams and segments.
• Define frameworks for assignment, routing rules, and models of portfolio ownership.
• Ensure pursuits are allocated in ways that optimize coverage, productivity, and market penetration.
• Continuously assess and enhance assignment models as the business grows.
• Build infrastructure for Market Data Enrichment.
• Create scalable processes to source, enrich, and verify market data aimed at expanding TAM coverage.
• Develop frameworks for international TAM expansion and ensure operational readiness.
• Partner with Data, Marketing, and external data providers to guarantee high-quality market intelligence.
• Ensure Market Coverage and maintain Portfolio Quality.
• Monitor TAM coverage and the health of the portfolio across sales teams.
• Identify gaps, duplications, or inefficiencies in the distribution of accounts and pursuits.
• Create reporting and monitoring systems that ensure sales teams are consistently engaged with high-quality pursuits.
• Institutionalize Market Operations.
• Develop repeatable frameworks for portfolio assignment, TAM maintenance, and governance of market data.
• Ensure the integration of market operations into Salesforce and core GTM systems.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Data, Marketing, and BizSystems teams to continuously enhance market infrastructure.
• Experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, GTM Strategy, or Business Operations within a high-growth setting.
• Strong analytical skills and systems thinking — capable of converting complex datasets into operational processes.
• Experience with account datasets, portfolio management, or models for market coverage.
• Understanding of sales routing, assignment logic, and frameworks for portfolio management.
• Comfortable working at the intersection of RevOps, data teams, and systems architecture.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to data quality and operational rigor.
• A proactive mindset towards ownership — you actively seek out structural improvements rather than waiting for instruction.
