This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Responsible for the operational development of HubSpot, including configuration, pipelines, properties, and ongoing enhancements.
• Oversee and enhance the HubSpot data model while establishing routines for data quality management.
• Recognize manual challenges and implement HubSpot workflows, including routing, task queues, and SLA transitions.
• Generate standard reports and dashboards within HubSpot.
• Act as the primary contact for HubSpot inquiries, provide guidance to teams, and promote adoption through thorough documentation and training.
• A proactive and self-motivated approach to work, showing readiness to take complete ownership of assigned tasks.
• Strong affinity for data: significant engagement with data and the capability to formulate actionable recommendations.
• Experience as a CRM Manager (m/f/d), HubSpot Administrator (m/f/d), or in a similar position.
• Familiarity with HubSpot administration and process automation is advantageous.
