This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.
• Contributing to Zscaler’s Go-To-Market (GTM) expansion by concentrating on strategic initiatives and operational efficiencies.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to establish and implement go-to-market strategies and resource allocations designed for the EMEA GTM organization.
• Design and provide essential business analytics and metrics packages to internal stakeholders.
• Organize important business meetings, such as forecasting, pipeline assessments, renewals, customer success discussions, and quarterly business reviews, delivering key insights and results.
• Conduct annual GTM planning, including quota assignments, territory management, headcount planning, and cross-functional support.
• Generate critical strategic insights to enhance efficiencies within the GTM organization.
• A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in Sales Operations is required.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to provide clear insights into business challenges.
• Capability to manage multiple concurrent projects, work independently, and excel in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional communication skills, including written, interpersonal, and presentation abilities.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• A minimum of a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is mandatory.
• Experience in the Software/SaaS industry is preferred, but not essential.
