This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada, +1 more country.
• Take ownership of the entire sales technology stack, encompassing administration, adoption, and roadmap development.
• Establish utilization and impact metrics for sales tools; make rationalization decisions and spearhead implementations.
• Promote sales team adoption through enablement initiatives and reinforcement of change.
• Recognize and implement AI-driven workflows aimed at enhancing representative productivity, pipeline quality, and sales cycle efficiency.
• Develop ROI expectations for AI tools and assess their effectiveness.
• Manage the HubSpot Admin directly, ensuring governance and adherence to platform protocols.
• Uphold data integrity within HubSpot as the primary commercial system of record.
• Collaborate with Sales leadership on territory design, quota setting, capacity modeling, and coverage analysis.
• Create and sustain reporting and dashboards that reflect pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and representative performance.
• Identify leading indicators, risks, and opportunities impacting revenue performance.
• Work alongside CS Ops to enhance visibility regarding expansion motions.
• Participate in decisions related to pricing, packaging, and segmentation.
• Oversee operating cadences that ensure pipeline health and accurate forecasting.
• Lead operational responses to changes in processes, tools, and motions.
• Develop rollout plans, align stakeholders, and facilitate field enablement.
• Foster buy-in and manage change with Sales leadership and field teams.
• Document processes and maintain an up-to-date knowledge base.
• Coordinate efforts with CS Ops, Marketing Ops, and RevOps leadership.
• Prioritize and manage day-to-day sales operations requests with a focus on SLA discipline.
• Adapt effectively in a dynamic environment with evolving priorities.
• 4–6 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a closely related role within a SaaS company.
• In-depth expertise in HubSpot and Gong.
• Familiarity with tools like Sales Nav, ZoomInfo, Clay, or similar platforms is highly advantageous.
• Practical experience in evaluating or deploying AI tools within a sales environment.
• Strong analytical capabilities, including model building, data storytelling, and linking operational metrics to revenue results.
• Proven experience managing a sales technology stack.
• Demonstrated ability to influence Sales leaders without relying on formal authority.
• History of driving adoption and implementing changes with field teams.
• Effective and direct communication skills.
• Must be eligible to work in Canada or the United States.
