This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Assist the Head of eCOA Neuroscience Sales in documenting, managing, and overseeing sales processes.
β’ Play a role in creating and executing tools and processes aimed at enhancing sales operations, proposal development, and business development initiatives.
β’ Organize, coordinate, and lead essential internal and external client meetings.
β’ Spearhead special projects that focus on sales performance metrics, KPIs, process enhancements, and operational efficiencies.
β’ Oversee and direct proposal development activities, which include timeline creation, optimization of timeline tools, and support initiatives for proposals.
β’ Collaborate with Business Development Representatives, Client Solutions Leads, and operational stakeholders to monitor proposal development, timelines, and deliverables.
β’ Evaluate proposals, pricing documentation, contracts, and change orders to ensure alignment with client requirements and RFP specifications.
β’ Maintain and improve Salesforce.com processes, documentation, and reporting functionalities.
β’ Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
β’ 3-5 years of experience in sales operations, sales support, business operations, or a related area.
β’ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a knack for interpreting data and generating actionable insights.
β’ Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
β’ Experience with Salesforce.com, including process administration and reporting capabilities.
β’ Capability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate a substantial workload while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
β’ Strong organizational, planning, and project management skills.
β’ Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
β’ Demonstrated success in collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams.
