This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Design and implement sales enablement programs that assist sellers before, during, and after training initiatives.
• Collaborate with sales leaders to ensure enablement strategies align with business priorities, product launches, pipeline objectives, and revenue growth targets.
• Provide front-line sales managers with coaching tools, playbooks, observation frameworks, and reinforcement plans.
• Create and oversee programs that concentrate on sales execution, buyer engagement, messaging, competitive differentiation, and deal progression.
• Work alongside instructional design and business stakeholders to develop and sustain playbooks, talk tracks, case studies, competitive insights, and enablement resources.
• Promote the adoption and effective use of CRM, LMS, content management, conversation intelligence, and sales analytics technologies.
• Evaluate sales performance data, enablement metrics, and adoption trends.
• Set success measures related to ramp time, quota attainment, win rates, and coaching effectiveness.
• Lead workshops, training sessions, and manager enablement programs.
• Collect feedback to enhance content, learning experiences, and enablement strategies.
• Travel approximately 20–25% within the United States to support sales meetings, field coaching, and business events.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with typically 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Background in sales enablement, sales training, sales operations, revenue enablement, sales effectiveness, or related commercial roles.
• Experience in business-to-business (B2B) sales.
• Proficiency in developing and facilitating training programs, workshops, or enablement initiatives.
• Experience working with sales managers and sales leaders to enhance performance.
• Ability to create sales playbooks, learning content, coaching frameworks, or performance support tools.
• Capability to analyze performance data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Preferred experience in healthcare distribution sales.
• Preferred experience in supporting field sales, account management, or commercial teams.
• Knowledge of sales methodologies such as Challenger, MEDDICC, Miller Heiman, Sandler, or similar frameworks is preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce.
• Experience with learning management systems, conversation intelligence platforms, and sales enablement technologies is preferred.
• Understanding of change management, adult learning principles, and performance consulting methodologies is preferred.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience in measuring enablement effectiveness through business impact metrics.
• Ability to engage in virtual and in-person meetings, training sessions, and workshops.
• Willingness to travel periodically.
• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States full-time without employer support or sponsorship, now or in the future.
