This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Serve as a committed operational collaborator to sales managers and leaders—participating in pipeline reviews, forecast discussions, and team meetings to grasp where the team faces challenges and assist in resolving them.
• Aid sales leaders in recognizing trends within their pipeline and team dynamics that signify process deficiencies or coaching prospects.
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new sales hires by guiding them through process overviews and ensuring they quickly acclimate to our sales methods.
• Take ownership of and enforce standards for pipeline hygiene—ensuring opportunities are accurately categorized, thoroughly documented, and consistently updated in the CRM.
• Conduct regular pipeline reviews and audits; proactively highlight stagnant deals, data inconsistencies, and forecasting risks to sales leadership.
• Collaborate directly with representatives to coach CRM practices and reinforce optimal strategies regarding deal documentation and stage advancement.
• Record current sales processes from start to finish, creating a concise and accessible playbook for the team.
• Detect process gaps and inconsistencies; lead cross-departmental working sessions to agree on enhancements and gain stakeholder support.
• Develop and deliver training sessions focused on processes for new and existing sales representatives—covering sales methodologies, CRM utilization, and deal management standards.
• 3–6 years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, or a related position working closely with sales teams.
• Proven ability to cultivate trusting relationships with sales personnel and leaders—you excel at gaining credibility on the sales floor.
• Proficient in process documentation—capable of transforming a chaotic, undocumented process into a clear, practical, and scalable framework.
• Experience in managing pipeline hygiene and overseeing pipeline review processes within a CRM setting (Salesforce preferred).
• Comfortable leading training sessions and coaching representatives on process and tool implementation.
• Highly organized with a keen attention to detail; adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously without oversight.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills—you can articulate complex processes in a straightforward manner and rally support from others.
