Sales & Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Oversee and enhance the daily operations of Reflaunt-powered resale platforms.

• Take responsibility for optimizing online merchandising across various categories, brands, and resale initiatives.

• Manage the onboarding of products, ensuring proper categorization, tagging, and content accuracy.

• Keep track of stock levels, pricing, and sell-through rates.

• Lead seasonal product drops, launches, and trading strategies.

• Provide regular performance insights and actionable suggestions to partners.

• Maintain oversight of key performance indicators: sales, conversion rates, sell-through, cancellations, and availability.

• Collaborate effectively with Operations, Tech, Commercial, and Marketing teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in e-commerce, sales operations, merchandising, or related fields.

• Familiarity with marketplaces or resale models is advantageous.

• Preference for candidates with exposure to fashion, luxury, or sustainability-driven industries.

• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

• A commercial mindset with a solid understanding of e-commerce performance metrics.

• Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets, including pivots and basic formulas.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Capability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

• Comfortable using AI tools and digital platforms to enhance workflows and efficiency.

• A curious and adaptable approach towards emerging technologies and automation.
