This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.
• Take ownership of the target-setting and quota allocation process, ensuring continuous improvement across various regions, countries, and commercial teams.
• Oversee commercial performance while managing and enhancing the bonus calculation process for the sales team.
• Promote excellence in pipeline management throughout the commercial organization by assessing pipeline hygiene, conversion dynamics, adherence to the sales process, and portfolio growth performance.
• Supervise the implementation and execution of commercial playbooks and operational processes within the sales organization.
• Monitor and evaluate salesforce efficiency and profitability by creating ROI and productivity models for the commercial team.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analyses on commercial performance utilizing HubSpot and BI tools.
• Assist Regional Directors and senior leadership in crafting sales campaigns or strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with the broader Commercial Strategy & Transformation team.
• A minimum of 3 years' experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Strategy, Business Operations, Business Analytics, Sales Excellence, or similar analytical and commercial positions, preferably within consulting firms or global tech companies.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM, including reporting, dashboard creation, and commercial performance analysis.
• A strong yet humble personality, capable of effectively collaborating with cross-functional and multicultural teams in a remote-first, geographically diverse organization.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, enabling confident interaction with Regional Directors, Sales Leaders, and senior management.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with the ability to independently gather, structure, and analyze complex datasets to inform business decisions.
• High proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets for data analysis, reporting, and performance tracking; advanced SQL knowledge is a notable advantage.
• Experience with business intelligence and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar platforms.
• Solid business acumen and hypothesis-driven mindset, with the capability to convert data into actionable commercial insights and recommendations; this role extends beyond pure analysis.
