• Take ownership of Sales VP dashboards in Salesforce, acting as the subject matter expert for reporting on pipeline health and performance insights.
• Spearhead initiatives aimed at enhancing Salesforce data quality, standardizing reporting, and ensuring the sales team effectively leverages the platform.
• Collaborate closely with Sales Leadership and the wider Sales Operations team to strengthen governance of the sales process.
• Drive projects designed to boost seller effectiveness through standardized lists, reports, views, and improved workflow visibility in Salesforce.
• Assist with territory updates, account reassignments, and changes to Salesforce ownership by offering insightful reporting.
• Facilitate and oversee recurring monthly sales meetings alongside Sales Leadership.
• Lead cross-functional projects dedicated to enhancing the accuracy of Salesforce reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or a related field.
• Advanced knowledge of Salesforce reporting and dashboard capabilities.
• Strong skills in forecasting, pipeline analytics, and performance reporting.
• Demonstrated ability to support executive decision-making through data-driven insights.
• Excellent project management skills with a strong focus on cross-functional collaboration and prioritization.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills suited for executive audiences.
• Experience in supporting territory planning, segmentation, and sales performance analysis.
