This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Take ownership of and enhance the sales process, encompassing lead routing, pipeline stages, deal desk, and quote-to-cash workflows.
• Oversee and manage the HubSpot CRM, ensuring data accuracy, user engagement, and effective reporting.
• Design and maintain dashboards and reports that reflect pipeline health, forecast precision, and representative performance.
• Collaborate with Sales leadership on territory design, quota establishment, and sales compensation strategies.
• Facilitate monthly and quarterly forecasting and pipeline review sessions with the Sales Director.
• Recognize sales-cycle impediments and apply process enhancements to boost efficiency and success rates.
• Administer the sales tools and technology stack, assessing and implementing new solutions as needed.
• Assist in onboarding and training new sales team members on tools, processes, and reporting protocols.
• Work alongside Marketing on lead scoring, handoff procedures, and tracking campaign performance.
• Partner with Finance on revenue reporting, deal approvals, and compliance with contracts/pricing.
• Oversee the company's pricing strategy and supporting analytics in collaboration with the CEO.
• Manage the extensive Service RFP process.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, business operations, or a comparable analytical role.
• Practical experience with administering HubSpot, Salesforce, or a comparable CRM platform.
• Strong analytical capabilities.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau or Looker is advantageous.
• Experience with ZoomInfo is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Exceptional communication skills with the capacity to work cross-functionally and present to leadership.
• Strong process orientation and problem-solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proven capacity to operate effectively in a remote work setting.
• Knowledge of sales compensation design and quota planning.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment physical that includes lifting up to 75 lbs, twisting, pulling, kneeling, and squatting.
• Ability to clear pre-employment drug screening and background checks.
• Ability to pass a comprehensive drug test that includes marijuana screening.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record over the past 5 years.
