Sales Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee Sales Infrastructure: Serve as the administrative and technical foundation of the sales process, gaining mastery over internal systems and workflows to facilitate effective sales execution.

• Ensure Data Integrity: Assume responsibility for the accuracy, organization, and follow-through to guarantee that CRM data, reports, and deal documentation remain consistently high-quality.

• Assist Commercial Teams: Work collaboratively with sales colleagues by managing necessary preparation tasks and proactively monitoring project deliverables.

• Promote Clear Communication: Uphold open, structured, and transparent communication channels among internal stakeholders and sales team members.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced environment, in back office coordination, sales operations role, or a similar position.

• Familiarity with HubSpot, along with a solid understanding of process and workflow execution.

• Proficient in German (C1) and English (C1).

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

• A passion for data and data analysis.

• Strong critical thinking skills and the capacity to manage complexity.
