This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Act as the key Business Partner to the Managing Director of Sales for the Americas.
• Serve as a Thought Partner to influence future strategies while ensuring the organization excels in its current operations.
• Lead, mentor, and cultivate a team of three regional Strategy & Operations Business Partners across AMER, EMEA, and APAC.
• Drive global operational consistency and implement best-in-class practices while considering local market nuances.
• Develop a cohesive framework that enhances efficiency: outline the end-to-end seller journey and CRM architecture.
• Reengineer, automate, and scale the sales process from prospecting to campaign execution.
• Supervise improvements in CRM, systems, and tools workflows to generate strategic insights.
• Enable a tenfold growth by alleviating friction in cross-sell and up-sell efforts for internal teams and clients.
• Advance AI-driven initiatives by gathering sales and business requirements.
• Establish role expectations and job descriptions for crucial sales positions.
• Create and implement a comprehensive onboarding framework and centralized knowledge management system.
• Develop and execute a needs-based enablement calendar along with effective training delivery.
• Over 7 years of experience in Sales Strategy & Operations, Go-To-Market (GTM), or similar roles.
• Demonstrated capability to excel as a strategic thought partner to senior Sales leadership.
• Proven history of designing and automating business processes, CRM workflows, and scalable operating models.
• Practical experience in designing and delivering sales enablement and onboarding programs.
• Track record of success in fast-paced and rapidly changing environments (preferably in the Technology sector).
• Strong, data-driven problem solver with a client-focused approach.
• Outstanding project management abilities with the skill to coordinate global initiatives.
• Solid overall business acumen and commercial insight.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management proficiency.
• Familiarity with GSuite and extensive experience with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce).
