This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Enhance and optimize the operations of our sales team.
• Analyze the current deal-making process, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions.
• Develop clear, repeatable processes to ensure the team doesn’t have to reinvent strategies each quarter.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to ensure the adoption and sustainability of new processes.
• Take ownership of forecasting and performance reporting.
• Facilitate weekly and monthly pipeline reviews and forecasting sessions to provide leadership with a clear overview of our status.
• Create dashboards and reports that display performance metrics for accounts and representatives relative to targets.
• Identify trends in data promptly — recognizing opportunities for the team to pursue or risks that require attention.
• Oversee the allocation of accounts and compensation for our team.
• Assist in determining which representatives manage specific accounts and markets, ensuring a balanced workload and proper focus on opportunities.
• Aid in the design and upkeep of sales compensation plans that inspire the team and recognize desirable behaviors.
• Maintain the accuracy of our tools and data.
• Ensure the integrity of our Salesforce CRM — keeping account ownership, record types, and data current and clean.
• Collaborate with our data team to ensure that our reporting systems accurately reflect business activities.
• Serve as the primary contact for any discrepancies in our tools or data — identifying issues, flagging them, and resolving them.
• Lead initiatives that drive business advancement.
• Manage special projects — from conducting new market analyses to developing business cases for strategic changes — and see them through from conception to impact.
• Assist with planning cycles such as goal setting and workforce modeling.
• Bridge the gaps between sales, finance, data, and product teams to ensure alignment on objectives.
• Minimum of 3 years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a comparable position where you were responsible for actual processes and outcomes rather than just supporting them.
• Proficient in Salesforce — capable of building reports, managing records, and configuring workflows independently.
• Comfortable with data and able to articulate a clear narrative from spreadsheets or dashboards — familiarity with tools like Looker or Snowflake is advantageous.
• Excellent communicator who can collaborate across teams and simplify complex concepts for both sales representatives and executives.
• Proactive and self-motivated — able to identify problems, devise solutions, and execute them without waiting for direction.
• Adaptable in a fast-paced environment where priorities may change and responsibilities extend beyond a traditional job description.
