This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Oversee incoming and outgoing leads from initial contact to deal finalization, ensuring a systematic and conversion-driven sales approach.
• Act as the primary liaison for clients and major accounts, fostering enduring relationships.
• Spearhead negotiations, follow-ups, and commercial discussions to enhance revenue growth.
• Organize customer needs both internally and externally to guarantee smooth service delivery.
• Maintain and enhance CRM data, oversee pipeline tracking, and coordinate pricing.
• Work closely with operations teams, carriers, and external partners to align expectations and address concerns.
• Deliver clear, prompt, and professional communication through both phone and written channels.
• Ensure a precise transition of closed deals to operations for efficient fulfillment.
• Recognize opportunities to boost sales efficiency and improve customer retention.
• Take charge of various sales and operational projects in a fast-paced startup atmosphere.
• Demonstrated experience in sales and key account management, preferably in B2B, logistics, automotive, SaaS, or marketplace sectors.
• Capability to independently oversee the entire sales cycle, including outreach, follow-ups, negotiations, and closures.
• Proficiency in English (mandatory).
• Proficiency in Spanish and Portuguese (mandatory).
• Strong commercial acumen paired with exceptional negotiation abilities.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with CRM systems and managing sales pipelines.
• Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
• Comfortable operating in a fully remote and fast-paced environment.
