This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Oversee both inbound and outbound leads from the initial contact through to deal closure, ensuring a structured and conversion-driven sales process.
• Act as the primary liaison for customers and key accounts, fostering long-term relationships.
• Drive revenue growth by leading negotiations, follow-ups, and commercial discussions.
• Coordinate customer requirements internally and externally to guarantee seamless service execution.
• Maintain and enhance CRM data, track pipelines, and coordinate pricing effectively.
• Collaborate closely with operations teams, carriers, and external partners to ensure alignment of expectations and resolve any issues.
• Deliver clear, timely, and professional communication through both phone and written channels.
• Ensure a smooth transition of closed deals to operations for fulfillment.
• Identify opportunities for improving sales efficiency and enhancing customer retention.
• Take initiative on ad-hoc sales and operational projects within a dynamic startup environment.
• Demonstrated experience in sales and key account management, preferably in B2B, logistics, automotive, SaaS, or marketplace sectors.
• Capability to independently manage the complete sales cycle, including outreach, follow-ups, negotiations, and closures.
• Fluent in English (required).
• Proficient in Spanish and Portuguese (required).
• Strong commercial acumen with outstanding negotiation skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with CRM systems and managing sales pipelines.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
