This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.
• Collaborate with the Senior Revenue Operations Manager to implement essential GTM initiatives throughout the sales organization.
• Lead the execution of operational programs aimed at enhancing sales productivity, pipeline management, and deal execution.
• Act as a reliable operational partner to Sales leadership, ensuring that processes, tools, and reporting facilitate consistent execution.
• Oversee the monthly commission cycle by extracting closed-won data from HubSpot and applying complex logic (accelerators, multipliers) to produce accurate payout statements.
• Aid in pipeline visibility and forecasting by maintaining reports and dashboards within HubSpot.
• Generate insights and summaries to support weekly pipeline reviews, forecast discussions, and reporting for leadership.
• Collaborate with RevOps analytics resources to ensure the accuracy of reporting and visibility into crucial sales metrics, such as show rates, close rates, cancellation rates, and no-show rates.
• Contribute to maintaining robust CRM hygiene and operational discipline across the sales team.
• 3-5 years of proven experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a highly analytical commercial finance position.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative discipline.
• Advanced proficiency in HubSpot CRM administration, including sophisticated workflow creation, custom properties, and native dashboard development.
• Experience in supporting sales forecasting, pipeline management, or territory planning.
• Proven track record in managing cross-functional operational initiatives and projects.
• A proactive and meticulous approach to data governance, with a strong aversion to poor data quality.
• Familiarity with modern GTM automation and AI tools such as Clay, Zapier, Gong AI, Outreach AI, or similar platforms is highly advantageous.
