This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Foster a culture of training and excellence throughout our global sales organization.
• Enhance the efficiency and preparedness of revenue-generating teams.
• Oversee the complete sales training lifecycle—from onboarding and tool proficiency to developing impactful playbooks and objection-handling strategies.
• Cultivate a foundational environment of continuous learning, curiosity, and high performance within the sales team.
• Create, implement, and continuously improve a thorough sales onboarding program.
• Spearhead ongoing training efforts centered on sales methodologies and adherence to processes.
• Produce, document, and distribute structured sales playbooks, competitive battle cards, and tailored objection-handling frameworks.
• Construct, organize, and maintain a centralized internal repository and digital learning platform.
• Regularly review existing enablement materials to ensure all content accurately represents current product capabilities.
• Serve as the key enablement liaison with Accenture.
• Utilize the Accenture partnership to shape internal sales culture and adopt leading industry methodologies.
• Minimum of 4 years of focused experience in Sales Enablement, Corporate Training, or Revenue Operations within a dynamic tech or SaaS environment.
• Demonstrated experience collaborating with or managing joint initiatives alongside major global tier-1 consultancies (e.g., Accenture) is highly beneficial.
• Extensive knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), Learning Management Systems (LMS), and Content Management platforms (e.g., Highspot, Seismic).
• Exceptional ability to convert complex technical products and sales data into engaging, easily digestible training materials and resources.
• A natural relationship builder capable of working harmoniously with Sales Leadership, Product Marketing, and external partners to unify messaging.
• A proactive individual who seeks to go beyond mere "check-the-box" training sessions to establish sustainable frameworks that foster long-term revenue growth.
