• Propel Xero’s expansion in the US market
• Ensure that sales operations are both efficient and compliant
• Spearhead initiatives in sales forecasting, territory management, and segmentation strategies
• Implement efficient processes and quarterly enhancement projects
• Offer insights to sales leadership to aid in achieving revenue objectives
• Work collaboratively with Sales and Finance teams on regional initiatives
