This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Conduct thorough research to gather comprehensive contact information for leads, including Name, Email Address, Contact Number, LinkedIn URL, City, State, Country, and more, utilizing tools such as Clay, ContactOut, Apollo, Hunter, Lusha, Snovio, and other similar data sources.
• Regularly update, validate, and enrich all contact records in HubSpot to ensure they contain accurate and complete information.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize automation workflows in HubSpot to guarantee that only relevant and qualified contacts are kept in the CRM.
• Assist with data hygiene initiatives, which encompass duplicate checks, segmentation, list cleaning, lifecycle stage updates, and contact scoring.
• Work closely with the Marketing Team to create and implement outbound email campaigns, configuring them within HubSpot and Instantly.
• Support the generation of reports, dashboards, and CRM insights to facilitate sales and marketing decision-making processes.
• Keep documentation up to date regarding prospecting procedures, workflow configurations, playbooks, and templates.
• Collaborate efficiently with distributed teams, proactively communicating progress, obstacles, and opportunities for improvement.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in Sales Operations, CRM systems, marketing automation, and lead research.
• At least 1 year of experience or familiarity with prospecting tools such as Clay, ContactOut, Apollo, Hunter, Lusha, Snovio, etc.
• Basic knowledge of CRM platforms (preferably HubSpot) and email outreach tools (e.g., Instantly).
• Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring high accuracy in data entry and contact enrichment.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills, capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with Sales and Marketing teams while proactively managing assigned responsibilities.
