This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist the sales team by overseeing sales processes, which include handling online documentation, verifying contracts for accuracy and completeness, and gathering outstanding client paperwork.
• Ensure adherence to client-required documentation and initiate service setup through case creation.
• Work in collaboration with other departments to enhance sales operations, improve efficiency, and meet essential deadlines.
• Track dashboards for client files and projects to guarantee prompt turnaround.
• Act as a liaison between Sales and various departments, providing troubleshooting support and educating Account Executives on client paperwork requirements.
• Offer administrative support to a large team of sales representatives, which includes addressing inquiries, managing business card orders, and assisting with the procurement of marketing materials.
• Reflect the values and culture of the department and company, promoting teamwork and synergy both internally and externally.
• Provide potential client contacts based on necessity.
• Perform additional tasks assigned by Management to assist the Sales team and enhance operational efficiency.
• A Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is required.
• Proficient in computer skills, including Salesforce, CRM software, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to completing tasks and projects.
• Excellent communication, active listening, and presentation skills.
• Outstanding multitasking abilities and the capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• A collaborative mindset and a willingness to share insights in both team and one-on-one discussions.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and adaptability to changing goals.
• A passion for self-development and a keen interest in process improvement.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Availability to work during Pacific or Mountain time hours.
• Capability to sit for extended periods, typically 7–8 hours a day.
• Proficiency in operating computer and phone systems while typing and using multiple software applications concurrently.
