This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Assist WeTravel’s Sales Team along with other functional areas as required.
• Collaborate with Sales Leaders to enhance pipeline development and management, ensuring accurate forecasts.
• Guarantee that the team follows the established sales methodology.
• Collect and evaluate information from various business systems to create actionable and ad hoc reports.
• Offer insights and guidance for business reviews, account planning, and forecasting activities.
• Supervise data integrity and quality within HubSpot.
• Coordinate the onboarding process for new and existing sales personnel.
• Manage lead flow via HubSpot, ensuring adherence to KPIs.
• Work across departments and lead projects as necessary.
• Act as a strategic business partner to Sales leadership, taking ownership of leading indicators and maintaining report integrity.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3-5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Support, or Business Operations.
• Experience in the SaaS industry is a plus.
• Background in business analysis.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce.com, HubSpot, Sugar).
• Proficient in utilizing data to comprehend and implement user requirements that align with business objectives.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, sound judgment, and the capacity to effectively influence decision-making processes.
• Demonstrated experience working in cross-functional teams and participating in other significant complex projects.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• High attention to detail, with outstanding organizational and time management capabilities.
• Self-motivated individual with a keen attention to detail.
• Innovative problem-solving, analytical, and execution skills.
• Travel is not mandatory but may be required occasionally.
