This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.
• Assist WeTravel’s Sales Team and collaborate with other departments such as Marketing, Finance, and Product.
• Offer governance, process management, and enablement to effectively manage teams in partnership with Sales Leadership.
• Engage with established routines to build relationships and comprehend the needs of managed team(s).
• Share and evaluate both standard and custom reports.
• Facilitate a seamless selling experience.
• Operate within the standard sales tech stack and adhere to the defined operating cadence.
• Propel pipeline development and management, along with accurate forecasts in collaboration with Sales Leaders.
• Ensure compliance with the established sales methodology by team(s).
• Collect and assess data from various business systems (HubSpot, Tableau).
• Provide ad hoc reporting and undertake project work as required.
• Collaborate closely with Sales Enablement for the onboarding of new and existing sales personnel.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3-5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Support, or Business Operations.
• Experience in SaaS is a plus.
• Proficiency in business analysis.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce.com, HubSpot, Sugar).
• Strong problem-solving capabilities, sound judgment, and the ability to influence decision-making effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail along with superior organizational and time management abilities.
• Self-motivated, proactive individual with a keen eye for detail.
• Innovative in problem-solving, with strong analytical and execution skills.
