Sales Operations Associate – EMEA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Act as the operational foundation for the EMEA field team.

• Manage the complete registration process for Google and Microsoft partner registrations.

• Provide support to the EMEA Premier MSP and distributor network.

• Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to create and refine accurate SOWs.

• Propel opportunities through the pipeline from initial contact to closure.

• Oversee campaign management, forecast reporting, and activity reporting in SFDC.

• Partner with the TENEX Marketing team to gather GTM campaign performance data.

• Manage and update EMEA dashboard reporting for the EMEA SVP.

• Assist in the management of pricing and discount approvals once CPQ is implemented.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years in sales operations, revenue operations, deal desk, or a similar GTM support position.

• Practical experience with Salesforce.

• Familiarity with Google Cloud and/or Microsoft partner programs.

• Experience in partner/channel operations.

• Ability to build and maintain executive-level dashboard reporting comfortably.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work collaboratively across functions with sales, delivery, and partners under tight deadlines.
