Sales Operations Associate – AYCT

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Indonesia.

📋 Description

• Manage the sales and supply operations for the All You Can Trade program

• Ensure processes are efficient, maintain competitive pricing, and drive sales growth in the retail partner channel

• Monitor AYCT sales performance across all channels

• Identify opportunities for sales enhancement

• Conduct training and provide support to new partners

• Ensure the internal systems support the AYCT category

• Collaborate with KAM team and internal operations on all matters related to AYCT

• Track KPIs and monitor progress for improvements

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum education and experience of D3

• 2–5 years of experience in Sales Operations / Retail Operations for IT/Gadgets/Consumer Electronics

• Possess a valid SIM-C and personal motorbike (mandatory)

• Ability to analyze data (sales, pricing, inventory)

• Proficient in using Excel/Google Sheets (pivot, basic formulas)

• Communicative and capable of working across teams (sales, product, tech, partners)
