This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• Strategic assistance: Act as the primary support for the Regional Sales Manager in Southern Europe, aiding in daily operations, strategic follow-ups, and project management throughout the region.

• Data-driven insights: Assume complete responsibility for CRM analysis and produce engaging performance reports that monitor outcomes in Italy and Spain.

• Professional presentations: Create high-quality documents and slide decks for both internal and external stakeholders utilizing Google Suite.

• Market research: Perform comprehensive research to identify new business opportunities and drive our expansion strategy.

• Close collaboration: Work directly from our office and travel with the Sales Director to ensure effective communication and seamless execution.

• Early career: Recent graduate or current student pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, eager to make a significant impact through a high-responsibility entry-level role or internship.

• Analytical mindset: A strong affinity for numbers combined with a proactive, organized approach to problem-solving and data analysis.

• Technical proficiency: Highly adept with Google Suite, especially in developing complex spreadsheets and polished presentations.

• Multilingual talent: Native Italian speaker with a strong command of English; proficiency in Spanish is a considerable advantage.
