This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Gather, analyze, and interpret sales data to uncover trends and performance discrepancies.
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards in Salesforce.
• Assist sales representatives with inquiries regarding pricing, renewals, and deal structuring.
• Oversee account ownership and opportunity data management.
• Monitor purchase orders (POs), invoices, and payment statuses.
• Keep partner records and track commissions accurately.
• Aid in sales forecasting by evaluating pipeline progression and deal velocity.
• Support internal tracking of deals following closure.
• Address daily requests from the sales team.
• Help uphold documentation and internal processes.
• 3–6 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a comparable support role.
• Proficient in Salesforce (required) and familiar with CPQ tools (preferred).
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Capable of managing multiple inquiries and prioritizing effectively.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, global setting.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across functions.
• A proactive approach with an interest or experience in utilizing AI tools and automation to optimize repetitive operational tasks.
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken) is mandatory, as you will be engaging directly with US and global sales teams daily.
