This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Develop and sustain the company’s primary prospect and contact database, ensuring it is equipped to support scalable outbound and inbound sales initiatives.
• Identify and extract extensive prospect lists based on Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) established by Marketing and Sales leadership.
• Leverage internal and external tools (ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) to enhance thousands of records with firmographic, technographic, lead scoring, and contact information.
• Cleanse large datasets to eliminate duplicates and inaccuracies, categorizing lists by industry, spending potential, and engagement levels.
• Create processes to re-score, refresh, and re-allocate prospects, defining operational rules and workflows to ensure optimal leads reach the appropriate sales teams.
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to guarantee that leads generated are correctly routed and enriched for Sales.
• Partner with Sales Leaders to "pre-load" territories with high-intent data, ensuring Account Executives can devote 100% of their time to selling rather than sourcing.
• Work with Product and Data teams to enhance automation where applicable.
• Monitor the "convertibility" of research lists and adjust sourcing parameters based on real-time sales floor feedback.
• Act as a power user of Salesforce (SFDC), maintaining the integrity of the lead and account objects.
• Aid in creating automated workflows that facilitate seamless data transfer from research tools into the CRM.
• Track and analyze list performance, penetration rates, and the overall health of the outbound database.
• 2–5 years of experience in Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, or Lead Generation, preferably in a B2B SaaS or Digital Advertising setting.
• Proficient Excel/Google Sheets skills (including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/Index Match, Data Cleaning) are essential.
• Advanced knowledge of Salesforce (SFDC) and familiarity with leading enrichment tools (such as ZoomInfo, Apollo, Demandbase).
• Demonstrated capability to function as a vital liaison between Sales Leadership and Marketing Operations, converting high-level growth strategies into actionable data workflows while effectively managing competing priorities.
