• Provide daily assistance to the Sales Operations team.
• Maintain and refresh Salesforce records, which includes tracking opportunities, projects, and customer information.
• Aid in the preparation and review of sales forecasts by integrating input from representatives, regions, and leadership, as well as updating data in response to changes in business conditions.
• Compile and disseminate weekly, biweekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports to relevant stakeholders.
• Assist in the creation and upkeep of dashboards, guaranteeing data accuracy and prompt updates.
• Support the analysis of sales performance and the preparation of presentation materials for leadership.
• Ensure the consistency and accuracy of data across reports and systems, while investigating discrepancies from previous reports.
• Inform relevant stakeholders of any changes.
• Assist in managing the Sales Referral Program by ensuring that submissions are accurate and properly tracked.
• Coordinate with Operations and Talent Acquisition to align resource availability with anticipated sales activities.
• Participate in regional and national sales meetings, providing necessary reporting and operational support.
• Collaborate with IT, Sales, and Operations to enhance Salesforce functionality, tools, reporting, and analytics.
• Perform additional duties as required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or a related area (or equivalent experience).
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales operations, business analysis, data analysis, or a similar support role.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Tableau software, or other CRM systems is preferred.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, data organization, and basic analysis.
• Basic knowledge of reporting tools (e.g., dashboards, data visualization is a plus).
• Familiarity with Microsoft PowerPoint for report and presentation creation.
• Strong attention to detail with an emphasis on data accuracy and quality.
• An analytical mindset with the capability to interpret data and identify trends.
• Understanding of sales performance metrics.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities; capable of managing multiple tasks and adhering to strict deadlines.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams, including Sales, Operations, Finance, and IT.
