This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• The Sales Operations Analyst for In-Store Merchandising is responsible for supporting all activities related to display and repack, encompassing commercialization, material write-offs, contract establishment, invoicing, and reporting.
• Develop, manage, and renew vendor contracts year over year.
• Create, update, and finalize Service Orders (SOs) for repack production.
• Oversee weekly and monthly reporting on Display & Repack, covering topics such as Contracts and Service Orders, Material Write-offs and red pricing, Sales and Inventory versus Forecast, Repack Budget and Sales, Customer Fill Rate, Spend & Revenue, Freight & Overhead, Display ROI, Forecast accuracy, Quarterly red pricing and write-off summaries, and Ad-hoc requests.
• Conduct weekly data pulls for Sauces, including forecasts, shipments, and purchase orders.
• Manage product alterations for repack items and facilitate the commercialization of new repack items within the Workflow system.
• Supervise Workflow steps and progress to meet deadlines.
• Manage materials for repack packaging and semi-finished goods.
• Track all items and document daily progress.
• Enter and monitor all POs for repack, inclusive of various costings and overhead.
• A Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience is required.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
• Self-motivated and capable of excelling in a remote work setting.
• Strong organizational skills, along with a focus on efficiency and attention to detail.
• Proficient technical skills in Microsoft Excel.
• Capable of communicating effectively with various levels of management within the company.
• Outstanding customer service skills.
• High degree of professional integrity.
• Extensive analytical abilities.
• Experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) is preferred.
• Familiarity with SAP, SharePoint, and PowerBI is advantageous.
