Sales Operations Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Calculate and monitor monthly and quarterly incentives for SDRs and AEs, ensuring alignment with attainment, SPIFFs, and compensation plans.

• Maintain precise payout trackers, resolve discrepancies, and collaborate with Finance and RevOps to ensure transparent and well-documented processes.

• Manage outbound performance reporting across activity, pipeline, and outcome metrics, providing clear dashboards in HubSpot and Sheets.

• Provide weekly insights and MBR data packs, including trend analysis, outlier identification, and actionable recommendations for leadership.

• Oversee domain health (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, BIMI), inbox placement, and key deliverability metrics, proactively addressing issues.

• Handle mailbox/domain warm-up, conduct sequence audits, and work with IT/vendors on DNS, blacklisting, and authentication solutions.

• Monitor and enhance caller ID reputation, answer/connect rates, and spam flags across dialing systems.

• Oversee number rotation, remediation (Hiya, TNS, etc.), and report call health trends to leadership.

• Manage end-to-end tool provisioning (CRM, sequencing, dialer, enrichment) and ensure readiness prior to outreach commencement.

• Maintain onboarding playbooks, streamline workflows with cross-functional teams, and provide support to new hires through tool training and troubleshooting.


⛳️ Requirements

• Experience: 2–4 years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Outbound Operations within a SaaS or high-growth setting, with at least 2 years directly supporting an outbound team of 10+ SDRs or BDRs.

• Incentive & Comp: Practical experience managing rep incentive calculations and reconciliations using Excel or Google Sheets.

• Reporting: Competence in creating and maintaining dashboards using HubSpot reporting and Excel/Google Sheets; intermediate-to-advanced spreadsheet skills are essential.

• Email Deliverability: Familiarity with email authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), inbox placement principles, and experience with warm-up or deliverability monitoring tools.

• Sales Tech Stack: Hands-on experience with outbound GTM tools — HubSpot (mandatory), Apollo, Instantly, Smartlead, JustCall, or similar sequencing and dialer platforms.

• Attention to Detail: High accuracy in data management, tracker oversight, and process documentation; low tolerance for ambiguity in numerical data.

• Communication: Clear and structured written communication; capable of identifying issues early and escalating them appropriately to leadership.

• Mindset: Strong ownership, process-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities may change rapidly.
