This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Facilitate effective communication and coordination among Sales Representatives regarding order monitoring, updates, and statuses.
• Support Sales Representatives in generating client quotes, soliciting quotes from vendors, and placing orders.
• Oversee, troubleshoot, adjust, and inform relevant departments of any issues that may delay the timely processing of orders.
• Coordinate with vendors, sales representatives, management, and purchasing teams concerning order challenges and stock availability.
• Compile and produce daily summaries of sales and backorder reports for Sales Management and Directors.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards related to sales operations.
• Recognize opportunities for process enhancements and efficiency improvements within the sales organization.
• 3 - 5 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or a similar field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• A dedicated and quiet home office space is required.
• Dependable, high-speed internet connection.
• Strong customer-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• High attention to detail.
• Outstanding self-motivation with the ability to manage and prioritize various projects.
• Capability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
