This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Under the general supervision of the Operations Manager, the individual will offer administrative assistance to the sales team, including reporting and analysis of sales data, as well as training for sales users.
• Assist sales representatives in fulfilling their daily responsibilities.
• Accountable for upholding company policies and procedures.
• Generate tailored reports and dashboards for Sales Management to aid in strategic and tactical initiatives.
• Contribute to the data quality process to ensure accurate customer and prospect information.
• Undertake special projects as required and perform other assigned duties.
• Facilitate training for both new and existing Salesforce users.
• Ongoing database cleanup and testing of updates in Salesforce.
• Aid in order processing tasks while ensuring order consistency.
• Address cases submitted to the Sales Operations queue within a 24-hour timeframe.
• Preferred: 1 year of experience with Salesforce.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel and Google applications (Calendar, Email, Google Docs); familiarity with CRM (Salesforce) and database management systems is highly desirable.
• Capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• An undergraduate degree in business administration or a related field, along with up to two years of administrative experience; or a combination of education and work experience.
• Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, and customer service skills; proven ability to represent the company effectively with internal staff, visitors, and vendors.
• Self-motivated with a proactive, assertive approach.
• Strong planning and organizational abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
